I have wait like 10 hours for them to process my $*** payment from PerfectMoney to ETH. Other exchanges are significantly faster, some automtic. Their exchange progress page also not updated correctly to show completed exchange. They have not replied my e-mail at all - even if they see exchange was completed, i expected reply. Lack of support make me doubt to use this exchange in the future it shows that they do not value customer enough/do not care = bad sign.
